Welcome to the Vertical Demonstration Digital Edition.

This page is for demonstration only, and gives Publishers the ability to sample both our Rich Interactive Digital Edition (RIDE) version and our Digital Anywhere version.

For each publication, a landing page would be customized to maintain the look and feel of the publication’s brand and would become the log in or registration area for new subscribers and returning subscribers to gain access to the digital edition. Each new reader/subscriber would be led through a process to select either the RIDE version or the Digital Anywhere version and that preference or option would be retained for return visits to allow for seamless entry each time they return.

The two offerings will ensure that every reader, regardless of operating system and browser type will have access to a fully featured digital edition.

RIDE (Rich Interactive Digital Edition) Version -- RIDE provides readers with a user friendly, highly engaging, next generation media experience. Using high resolution images, interactive links, HD quality video, bookmarks, integrated RSS feeds, and many other interactive features, RIDE incorporates Microsoft Silverlight to deliver this reading experience. Silverlight is a free, cross-platform, cross-browser, and cross-device plug-in that enables readers to read this digital magazine. If you don’t already have Microsoft Silverlight installed, it can be downloaded in seconds by clicking the cover above. For more information on Silverlight, please click here.

Digital Anywhere Version -- Digital Anywhere provides a high quality, user-friendly version of our digital edition with the same interactive features such as Share, Bookmarking and RSS feeds. If you are in a corporate or institutional environment this may be the version to consider if a Silverlight download is not yet allowed. Digital Anywhere also enables readers with older Windows and Mac computers to view the full digital edition content.
